Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Lupokits (“we”) for using lupokits.com. By creating an account or using Lupokits, you agree to them. If you use Lupokits for a company, you agree for that company too. Questions are welcome at admin@lupokits.com.

What Lupokits is

Lupokits is an online studio that turns real estate listings into marketing: posts, stories, reels, flyers and written copy. We keep improving it, so features may change over time.

Your account

• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away at admin@lupokits.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms.

Free trial and plans

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed.
• Paid plans are charged each month at the price shown when you choose the plan. You can cancel any time, and your plan then runs until the end of the month you paid for.
• If we change our prices, we'll tell you before the change applies to you.

Your content

• You keep ownership of your listings, photos, logos and designs. You let us store and process them only to run Lupokits for you, for example to make and show your designs.
• Only add photos, logos and listing information that you have the right to use, and only market listings you're authorized to market.
• Listing photos and designs are deleted 7 days after the listing is made, so download what you want to keep before then.

Fair use

Please don't use Lupokits to:

• publish anything illegal, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam or harass people;
• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or copy it with automated tools;
• resell or share access to Lupokits without our written agreement.

AI features

AI can make mistakes. Check AI-written text and AI-made designs before you publish them, especially prices, sizes and other facts about a property.

Our part

• Lupokits' software, templates and brand belong to us. You may use the designs you make in Lupokits for your own marketing and your clients'.
• We work hard to keep Lupokits running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits of responsibility

Lupokits is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Lupokits at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or pause access for breaking these terms or for unpaid plans, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we'll also tell you by email or in the app. Using Lupokits after a change means you accept the new terms.
