Lupokits (“we”) runs lupokits.com, a design studio for real estate listing marketing. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, who helps us run it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us. Questions are welcome at admin@lupokits.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you add them, your company, phone and website. Your password is stored only in a scrambled form that nobody, including us, can read.
- If you continue with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID, so we can sign you in. We don't get your Google password, and we can't see your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
- What you add: listing details, photos and files you upload or import from links you give us, brand details (logos, colors, fonts, agent details and headshots) and the designs you make.
- Usage and security information: when you sign in, your IP address and browser type, and actions in your account such as creating a listing. We keep these in an activity log to protect accounts and to help when you contact us.
- Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one is used while you sign in with Google. Your light or dark choice is saved in your own browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run your account and the studio, and to make the designs you ask for.
- To send account emails from admin@lupokits.com, such as the link that confirms your email and password reset links.
- To keep Lupokits safe, for example by stopping fake sign-ups and limiting repeated attempts.
- To answer you when you write to us, and to handle billing once you choose a paid plan.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who helps us run Lupokits
A few companies process information for us, only to provide their part of the service:
- Render hosts the website and stores the database and your files, in the United States.
- GoDaddy sends our account emails.
- Google signs you in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes listing copy and captions and designs AI templates, only when you use those features. For that it receives the listing details and, for AI templates, up to six of the listing's photos and your logo.
- Stripe handles payments once online payments are switched on. Stripe receives your card details; we never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it
- Listing photos and designs are deleted 7 days after the listing is made. The listing's name and address stay in your archive.
- Your account details stay while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it with its listings, files and designs.
- Security logs may be kept for longer, to protect accounts and investigate abuse.
Your choices
- You can see and change your details on your Profile page in Lupokits.
- To get a copy of your information, or to have your account deleted, email admin@lupokits.com from the address on your account.
- If you signed in with Google, you can remove Lupokits' access at any time in your Google account under “Third-party apps and services”.
Google user data
Lupokits' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to sign you in and to show your name and email in your account.
Security
Lupokits works only over a secure (https) connection. Passwords are stored scrambled, email links work only once and expire, and access to account data is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Children
Lupokits is made for real estate professionals. It isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we'll also tell you by email or in the app.
